I was just getting off of work in SF and my tire bust on the freeway. I was so nervous and my stomach was in knots. I was calling around to different tire shops so i could have my car towed. The first tire shop i called was extremely rude. I didn't know my tire size and they did not want to look it up. I was too afraid to get out my car on the freeway and look. When i called Moe’s not only did they look it up they let me know i had 2 options and they had both. The brand new tire was extremely affordable. They even stay open till 8:00 pm. When i arrived via tow truck they were very professional and fast. Thank you guys so much. This was a stressful situation for me and you made the process very easy. I had to keep checking the air in my tires because my “low pressure” light kept turning on every other day. So, I went to my car dealership who said they could check my tires for free, but there was a 2 hour wait to put it on a rack to see if it had a nail. I decided to just look for a regular tire shop since I assumed there was a puncture causing the slow leak in my back tire. I called a few places and Moe’s tire shop was the most responsive and welcoming when I called. They were prompt, friendly, and professional. My tire was repaired in less than 30 minutes. I always appreciate smaller business more than bigger company’s that tend to lack simple kindness in customer service. Thank you Josh and Juan! Hit a pothole (sinkhole!) on a Friday night and damaged a tire. Found Moe's online and went first thing Saturday morning. This is actually the first time I've had a tire issue so I was worried about the upsell. I definitely didn't need to worry-super nice and very fair price. They didn't have the tires I needed in SF so they brought them up from their San Bruno location as I was concerned about driving on the expressway with a bulge in my tire. From arrival to departure was just over an hour. Had breakfast a block over while they took good care of my girl. Got a text when work was complete as well a copy of the invoice, which I appreciate. Hope I don't have any more tire issues, but if I do, I know where to go. Thanks! ~ Jennifer O
