I was just getting off of work in SF and my tire bust on the freeway. I was so nervous and my stomach was in knots. I was calling around to different tire shops so i could have my car towed. The first tire shop i called was extremely rude. I didn't know my tire size and they did not want to look it up. I was too afraid to get out my car on the freeway and look. When i called Moe’s not only did they look it up they let me know i had 2 options and they had both. The brand new tire was extremely affordable. They even stay open till 8:00 pm. When i arrived via tow truck they were very professional and fast. Thank you guys so much. This was a stressful situation for me and you made the process very easy. I had to keep checking the air in my tires because my “low pressure” light kept turning on every other day. So, I went to my car dealership who said they could check my tires for free, but there was a 2 hour wait to put it on a rack to see if it had a nail. I decided to just look for a regular tire shop since I assumed there was a puncture causing the slow leak in my back tire. I called a few places and Moe’s tire shop was the most responsive and welcoming when I called. They were prompt, friendly, and professional. My tire was repaired in less than 30 minutes. I always appreciate smaller business more than bigger company’s that tend to lack simple kindness in customer service. Thank you Josh and Juan! I first stopped at this shop to get a price on new tires to mount on the rims. Shop mechanic Abbas was very helpful, in a few minutes he found my tires in stock, and gave me a good price. Offered to mount them the next day which was July 4th! (Unheard of dedication among mechanics in the US). So I decided to tow my other car here, which was substantially damaged in a hit and run the previous week and insurance won't cover it. I'm still waiting for the final word on the scope of repairs, but the initial (verbal) quote seemed to be fair. It seems that I found a trustworthy mechanic for all my car needs. If all goes as expected -this is definitely a 5-star shop. (I will update this review once the job is complete.) ~ Ken K
